Facebook SOP

• Run every piece of content through the MetaData Cleaner before posting
• After every post, engage naturally on the account
• Scroll feed/reels naturally & Like occasional posts
• Avoid spam behavior or excessive actions

Goal is to make account activity appear natural to Facebook/Meta.

1. Daily Account Status Check

Every day, check the status of each Facebook page and send a screenshot to the VA Telegram group.

Navigation Path

• Click 3 dots (top right)
• Go to:
  • Settings & Privacy
  • Page Setup
  • Page Recommendation

🚨 If a Page is Flagged

Follow these steps immediately:

1. Take screenshot of flagged status
2. Send screenshot to Telegram group
3. Click:
   • Review Content
4. Delete all content shown in flagged tab
5. Remove link from bio
6. Delete any additional risky content on the page
7. Return back and click:
   • Appeal
8. After appealing:
   • Send final screenshot to Telegram group

1. Reels Posting Structure

• Begin posting content from the top of the Telegram channel
• Work in order to avoid reposting the exact same video
• Notify Carlos after every post and send the reel link
• Make sure content is ran through MetData Bot before posting

2. Multi-Account Posting Strategy

Example: 3 FB Accounts for One Creator

Take the same video and create 3 separate versions by adjusting metadata.

Then rotate posting:

• Version 1 → Account 1
• Version 2 → Account 2
• Version 3 → Account 3

Continue rotating so every account receives its own unique version.

1. Posting Frequency

• Post 1 photo set every other day

2. Caption Structure

• Use a caption generated with the ChatGPT prompt

ChatGPT prompt:
"Create short, subtle “girl next door” style captions for Facebook photo sets."

3. Content Source

Photo content can be pulled from:

• Model Telegram pics channels

• Maintain daily story activity on all accounts
• Make sure content is ran through MetData Bot before posting

3. Best Practices

• Keep stories clean
• Avoid risky or sexual content
• Stay consistent daily
